RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Sometimes something just isn't quite right—and that's okay. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make the return or exchange process as easy as possible.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and unused
In their original condition
Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant or other signs of wear
Returned with any original tags and packaging, when applicable

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Because our inventory may be limited, we cannot guarantee that your preferred size or color will still be available when your exchange is processed.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns and exchanges.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you received an incorrect, damaged or defective item, please contact us before sending anything back. We'll make it right and cover the appropriate return or replacement shipping costs.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know when it has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

FINAL SALE

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER?

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item so we can take care of it.
